A Drink Which Replaces 100 Squats

Believe it or not, this drink acts as a 100 squats, but instead, you will enjoying making it.

You need 17oz almond milk, 2 ripe bananas, 2 spoons of unsalted butter, a bit of coconut or almond oil, 2 spoons of sour-cream and a bit of nutmeg.

Put all ingredients in a blender and combine them.

It is recommended you drink it straight up, but if you cannot consume it right away, you can keep it in the fridge for a maximum of 2 hours.

This drink helps burn fat, and if u exercise as well, it will only strengthen the effect of fat burning.
