The following recipe will help you strengthen your knee ligaments and remove joint pain.
First of all, let us say a few things about the knees.

The lubrication process is natural, but as we grow older, it is significantly reduced, thus we need to do something in order to improve its flexibility and be able to make quicker and sharper movements.
This smoothie will help you walk and run better and will make your life easier. It contains high amounts of nutrients that possess strong anti-inflammatory properties which relieve joint pain. Moreover, it is high in bromelain, vitamin C, magnesium, and silicon which provide strength and energy to all the body parts and systems.
- 1 cup of instant oatmeal;
- 2 cups of pineapple chunks (sliced);
- 25 oz. (7 gr_ of cinnamon;
- 1 cup (250 ml) of water;
- 5 oz. (40 gr) of raw honey;
- 5 oz. (40 gr) of crushed almonds;
- 1 cup of raw natural orange juice.
How to prepare it: cook the instant oatmeal. Add hot water and let it cool for a bit. Then, squeeze the juice from the pineapple chunks. Blend the honey, water, almonds, and cinnamon with the orange juice. Crush the almonds first (or buy crushed almonds). Blend them well and then add the pineapple juice and oatmeal while still blending. You may add some ice cubes if you blend it again.
