The following recipe is great for detoxification of the body and burning fat as it is high in vitamins and minerals. The ingredients are very beneficial for people who want to lose weight in a natural way without resorting to invasive treatments or that endanger their overall health. Moreover, the excess water is removed and burn abdominal fat. It is great for sight, hearing, memory, and brain function and it is very beneficial when combined with regular training and cardio exercises.
- 4 lemons;
- 2 cm of fresh ginger root;
- 3 tbsp. of honey;
- 2 tbsp. cinnamon;
- 125 g of horseradish.
How to prepare it: put the horseradish and ginger in a food processor and mix them. Add the juice form the lemons. Mix well for 3 minutes and then add the cinnamon and honey to make a syrup. Pour it into a glass of jar and store in the fridge. Consume 1 tsp of it 2 times a day before training and meals. Consume it in a period of 20 days.
